With the addition of this certification, Terra Constructs is now a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in Maryland and as such, is eligible to fulfill the minority business participation goal on contracts issued by the state of Maryland, and is listed in the directory of certified MBE/DBE/SBE firms. Terra is also certified as DBE Asian American for projects with sub category DBE requirements.
