Terra Constructs is pleased to announce that it is DBE Certified in West Virginia and North Carolina.  The Certification from The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) is effective as of April 2015 and the Certification from North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is effective as of May 2015.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise’s (DBE’s) are small businesses, which are at least 51 percent owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
