PROJECT: Rehabilitation of Swimming Pool, Pump House, Waterlines
and Electrical Lines
LOCATION: Catoctin Mountain National Park in Thurmont, Maryland
Terra Constructs has been awarded a construction contract for the National Park Service located at Catoctin Mountain National Park in Thurmont, Maryland.
Terra will be constructing an ADA-compliant recreational pool, complete with an integrated handicap ramp and site amenities.
Terra will also enhance and upgrade an adjacent bathroom facility including new showers, restrooms, and changing areas.
In addition to the pool and bathroom facility, Terra will install electrical service upgrades to 34 historic cabins which were originally built during the great depression.
We are proud to support the National Park Service and its continued mission to provide unimpaired access to our natural and cultural resources. Construction is expected to commence late in 2020 and be completed by June 2021.
