Terra Site – Edifice Solutions JV selected for $700M MACC contract at Joint Base Andrews and Bolling

Terra Constructs is pleased to announce that it’s Joint Venture with Edifice Terra-Edifice JV1, LLC has been selected on the $700M, 7 Year, MACC contract to support mission critical construction requirements at Joint Base Andrews and Bolling, located in Maryland and Washington D.C. The selection was determined on capabilities, past performance, management plan, and specific criteria.

Mian, P.E., President and CEO of Terra Constructs and manager of the Terra-Edifice JV1, LLC is pleased to extend Terra’s self-performance and construction services to our Air Force partners and focused commitment to meeting the mission critical needs of the installations. “Terra and Edifice will provide a comprehensive approach to both infrastructure and vertical construction requirements on this contract.
